Cascais is a coastal town 30 kilometers west of Lisbon, Portugal. It is a cosmopolitan suburb of the Portuguese capital and one of the richest municipalities in Portugal. The Dutch private education center Nederlands Talen Instituut (NTI) has a total of 125 employees who, in cooperation with teachers, educate about 70,000 students in a variety of 350 different courses, ranging from short courses to bachelor degrees to master degrees.


For the biggest part, NTI relies on their website for customer contacts, student relations and, most importantly, sign ups. This generates very high demands for usability and accessibility, both from within and certainly for the end users: the students of NTI.

Geesa is the name of a renowned Dutch producer of bathroom accessories.
