Design freedom breeds exclusivityThe flexibility of Dynamicweb allowed No Zebra to flex their creative muscle and design a stylish website using mostly Flash technology. The choice to use Flash was in accordance with requirements for the visual representation of the products. The Podspeaker sound systems are exclusive and of high quality, and the look and feel of the website would have to resemble this.
The finished website is based on a Dynamicweb Business solution, which lets Scandyna produce international versions by using the add-on module Dynamicweb Websites. Modules such as Dynamicweb News and Dynamicweb Newsletter empower Scandyna to constantly update their customers and other interested parties with news about the product line.
Keeping in line with the exclusive feel of the website, the Podspeaker product line is also presented using the new Dynamicweb iPaper module. This lets Scandyna present their online catalogs in a real-life look and with an intuitive interface.

Podspeakers by Scandyna in briefScandyna was founded 1965 with an ambition to produce high quality, naturally sounding speakers for a discerning audience. The Podspeakers were first designed back in 1990 by a group of developers who were given the task of creating a set of untraditional speakers. The goal was to develop a high quality speaker with a unique design that people could afford to buy. Today, Podspeakers can be bought in more than 800 stores in well over 30 countries. |

During the last few years, Danish Scandyna International has positioned their speaker systems, Podspeakers by Scandyna, as high-quality and much sought after products. The great international demand sparked the need for a completely new site, solely devoted to the presentation of the Podspeaker product line. With customers and distributors situated all over the world, the website would have to be available in multiple languages and constantly be updated.
